Barre

Barre classes are ballet based workouts, with hints of Pilates and deep concentration on toning small muscle groups and lengthening long muscles. This low-impact workout effectively burns calories and fat. Our classes utilize a ballet barre and other equipment such as: small weights, yoga blocks, small bender balls, resistance bands, gliding discs, and Pilates rings. This class is offered in a 30-minute Barre Express class, as well as 45-minute and 55-minute classes.

Yoga & Heated Yoga 

Yoga Flow At The Barre offers a 45-minute yoga class that incorporates energetic movement through a series of yoga poses, by which the client will experience a sense of fluid physical motion. Movement through these postures is matched with the breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength, ease, and tension release. 

Heated  Yoga is a a 60-minute vigorous power flow conducted in a heated environment, integrating abdominal and glute exercises. The class includes exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges and HIIT drills to elevate heart rates, followed by a calming yoga flow to gradually lower them.  With the temperatures maintained around 90-95 degrees, the heated atmosphere aids in concentration, keeping the mind focused throughout the session. By the end of the class, you'll experience a sense of fulfillment and achievement.

Pumped Up Strength 

It is a GREAT  approach to resistance training that utilizes combination movement patterns that flow in a targeted, rhythmic progression with fun music! Targeting both the upper and lower body, this workout offers a dynamic fusion of exercises. Ideal for complementing general barre classes, it's designed to enhance strength and endurance effectively.  This class is available in 30-minute or a 45-minutes class.

Human Reformer Pilates

Human Reformer replicates the benefits of the Pilates reformer using resistance bands to build core strength, alignment, and muscular control. 
Low Impact, BIG results. 
We use Kords to mimic a Pilates reformer.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, mat-based fitness method focusing on core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone. We will  utilize body weight for resistance, emphasizing controlled movements, precise alignment, and mindful breathing.
